Open Virtualizor Cloud → Cloud Categories.

Cloud Categories represent the first step of the client launch wizard and define how products are presented and configured.

Identity

Configure the category details:

  • Name

  • Slug

  • Description

  • Icon

  • Banner

Sale Model

Choose how clients will configure their VPS:

  • Product Based (Fixed Plans) — Clients select a predefined Cloud Product plan with optional upgrades above the included resources.

  • Slider Based (Custom Resources) — Clients build a custom VPS using resource sliders. Pricing is calculated entirely from Settings → Pricing Rules.

Slider Limits

For slider-based categories, configure the following values for each resource:

  • vCPU

  • RAM

  • Disk

  • Bandwidth

  • IPv4 Addresses

  • IPv6 Addresses

  • IPv6 Subnets

  • SWAP

  • Backup Slots

Each resource supports:

  • Min

  • Max

  • Step

  • Default

The category Max values also define the upper limits for Upgrade on Launch within fixed-plan products assigned to the same category.

Scoping (Optional)

Restrict what clients can select within the category:

  • Allowed Regions

  • Allowed Nodes

  • Allowed Operating Systems

  • Allowed Stacks

Leave these fields empty to allow all active items configured in the module.

Visibility

Configure category visibility and display options:

  • Active

  • Show in Frontend

  • Sort Order
