Step 4: Settings → Billing

Open Virtualizor Cloud → Settings → Billing.

Default Provisioning Links (Required)

• Default Provisioning Product — The hidden product created in Step 3. Used only to provision and manage VPS services, not for launch pricing.

• Default Billing Plan — The Recurring plan billed every 1 month. Launch pricing is determined by the launch wizard; this plan only defines the renewal cadence for invoice-mode orders.

• Default PAYG Plan — The Free plan. Prevents renewal invoices from being generated while usage is metered hourly from account credit.

Billing Modes

Enable the sale models you intend to offer:

• Fixed Products

• Category Billing

• Slider-Based Resources

• Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)

• Invoice Billing

• Let Clients Choose Invoice vs PAYG (optional)

PAYG Credit Rules

• Min Credit to Create VPS / Min Credit to Keep VPS Active

• PAYG Debit Interval (Hours) — How frequently usage charges are deducted.

• PAYG Grace Period (Hours) — Waiting period after insufficient balance before action is taken.

• When Credit Runs Out — Configure whether to warn, suspend, shut down, or block actions.
